APRIL 2020 Winnipeg Real Estate Market Snapshot
🌸 APRIL 2020 REVIEW 🌸
👩🏻💻 My goal is to help you understand what’s happening in the market to inform and empower you. This month I’ve created a video to explain why the large difference in sales is present, and I’ve broken up this pie chart (usually found on my IG account) a little differently so you can see how popular the 250-350k range in home pricing is.
🤼♀️ If you’re a buyer this means the most competition when you’re bidding for homes in the price range of 250-350k and especially in the 250-300k price bracket! (See below.)
💵 If you’re a seller this means the highest number of people are looking for homes in the 250-350k price range and, if your home is going to have an offers date, this kind of competition could mean a higher sale price!
🏠 Below I’m going to break it down EVEN FURTHER because - well, because I love details - but also because whichever price bracket you are looking in (for buyers) or pricing in (for sellers) there is a different percentage of buyer interest and able to make actual purchases in that price bracket.
