About Me
modesty is the best policy, but since you’re here…
over 15 years experience in your home
You heard me right. I've had over 15 years of experience in your home. If you have ever shopped at IKEA, Canadian Tire, Lowes, The Bay, Linens 'n Things, WalMart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, Home Outfitters, Zellers, Costco, Home Depot, Menards or Sears, you have seen my work or bought something I designed. With a background as a product designer and interior designer I know a bit about you already:
What you do & don't like, what you will & won't buy, along with how I can grab your attention in a store - or city - filled with options.
I'm someone to have on your team.
Because when you are marketing & selling your property for sale, why not hire someone who has already worked with the biggest & best?
Different By Design
When it comes to real estate, I'm different. There's a difference between a Sales Person & a Designer which I pride myself on. Some Sales People will sell you anything, whether you need it or not. A Designer is someone that listen to your needs, wants & dreams, who then seeks a way, creating a plan, to fulfill them.
According to Wikipedia, "...design is a part of the communication arts... it communicates to the viewer a visual and emotional message to change or guide... an emotional connection with a product or service enhancing their experience of the product..."
But what does this mean for you?
#1 - I'm a pro at getting your home ready to sell, setting the scene so that buyers will feel an emotional connection, see themselves living there, and eager to make an offer!
#2 - It means I'm not going to push you to buy or sell. I will listen to your goals, make a plan, organize & guide your real estate journey.
THERE’S nO PLACE LIKE HOME
Winnipeg is vibrant & culturally diverse. It has an awesome food scene, great coffee shops, cool independent clothing stores, world class arts, music (and I've heard the sports teams are pretty good too). Most importantly, Winnipeg is affordable. Living in this city allows me to enjoy all the conveniences & culture of a big city without the hefty price tags associated with living in a larger metropolis. I also really appreciate that you can get anywhere in Winnipeg in about 30 minutes - no major commutes! Winnipeggers are proud of their architecture, history & are always willing to share Winnipeg stories - what more could you ask for?
