That’s why it’s important to work with your own Realtor who is exclusively on your team. This helps you to write a strong offer when in competition and is always to your advantage during negotiations. Make sure that you DO NOT call the agent on the sign. Instead, have a Real Estate agent that is looking out or your best interests alone.
