thing we love about our home:
We love the dining and living room. It’s our favourite part of the home. Having family dinners and being able to just add another table and have 20 people in one room eating and laughing and enjoying themselves.
The basement office, the size and the flexibility of having an independent space. Which could also be a workout room.
The pocket door between the living room area and the bedrooms add a level of quiet when we’re putting the kids to bed.
The extra bedrooms in the downstairs mean that family or friends are able to stay and have their own private space because they’re legal (egress window) bedrooms.
The living space downstairs was versatile for a movie nights and a large play area where kids had the room to spread out.
