Why we love this home:
The water pressure is awesome, showers are 10/10
The sun comes trough the back in the morning and the front in the afternoon
The gazebo makes a great parking spot for the winter and in the summer it’s a nice place to put outdoor furniture to hang out in the shade
The layout of the house is so inviting, I love the open concept
Separate living spaces in the basement made it easy to have a friend rent (and share the kitchen space)
The neighbourhood is awesome:
The restaurants in the area are top notch (try Sargent Taco!)
It’s close to U of M downtown campus, U of W and a short ride to RRC
The neighborhood is very friendly, and I’ve come to know a few people and we help each other out with picking up Amazon deliveries when they are not home
Schools are within walking distance and public transit is half a block away in either direction
Stores nearby like Jysk, Winners and my favourite, Giant Tiger were so handy to have nearby to decorate my living space the way I wanted
Little Mountain park is just 15ish minutes north. It has walking trails, a pond and native grass areas. It became one of my favourite spots all year round!
